Center Your Training.
Elevate Your Performance.

Individualized high-precision coaching for competitive athletes.

ABOUT ORBIT

ORBIT Performance was built to provide structured, high-attention training for athletes seeking real development in speed, power, and event-specific performance. Designed as an alternative to large group practices and overwhelming track clubs, ORBIT focuses on individualized coaching within small training groups to ensure every athlete is seen, receiving quality coaching, and progressing with intent.

Our 8-week training block system is organized around consistent weekly structure, progressive development, and deliberate coaching. Allowing athletes to build a strong foundation, refine technical skill, and advance their overall performance in a focused environment.

Training is offered year-round across both outdoor and indoor facilities. Summer, fall, and spring training blocks are held outdoors at Concordia Lutheran Seminary, while winter training blocks take place indoors at the Purdue Fort Wayne Gates Sports Center. This structure allows for uninterrupted development across all seasons.

ORBIT Performance is built for athletes who want more than just reps. We offer a system for those who are looking for intentional training, measurable progress, and a higher standard of coaching.

Benjamin Marano
Head Coach - Sprints/Hurdles

Benjamin is the founder of ORBIT Performance and brings a background in both high-level competition and athlete development.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science with a focus in Kinesiology and has over seven years of experience coaching high school and private athletes. His work focuses on sprint mechanics, hurdle technique, and structured performance development and programming.

He has coached athletes who have qualified for state championships and advanced to the collegiate level, while also developing a strong understanding of the recruiting process.

As a coach, Benjamin takes an analytical and technical approach while fostering an environment where athletes can train with confidence, take risks, and develop without unnecessary pressure. His philosophy is built upon sports performance psychology, emphasizing confidence, adaptability, and effective responses to training stress and competitive environments.

As a two time national qualifier, Benjamin competed in the 400 meter dash and 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division I level at Purdue Fort Wayne and the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, and later at the University of Saint Francis.

Kyley Marano
Assistant Coach - Sprints/Jumps

Kyley is an Assistant Coach specializing in sprints and jumps, bringing both elite competitive experience and nearly a decade of coaching expertise to ORBIT Performance.

Through years of experience coaching high school athletes, Kyley has developed a proven track record of athlete development at the competitive level. She has coached multiple athletes who have qualified and competed at the state championship level while also guiding athletes through the recruiting process and on to collegiate competition.

Her approach combines technical precision in both sprint mechanics and jumping events with a genuine investment in each athlete's long term development and growth. Giving athletes the tools the succeed both on and off the track.

She competed as a collegiate athlete at Purdue Fort Wayne at the NCAA Division I level, where she competed in the high jump, long jump, and sprint events including the 200 meter dash, 400 meter dash, 4x100 and 4x400 relay.

Kristofer Hart
Program Coordinator - Sprints

Kristofer serves as Program Coordinator at ORBIT Performance, bringing a diverse athletic background and extensive collegiate coaching experience to the program.

Kristofer currently serves as Head Track and Field Coach at the University of Saint Francis, where he works with collegiate athletes across a wide range of disciplines including short and long sprints, jumps, hurdles, and javelin. Under his guidance, multiple athletes have qualified for the NAIA National Championships, with several earning All-American honors through top placements in their respective events.

His coaching philosophy centers on building athletes who are dedicated and committed competitors, while simplifying the technical demands of the sport into an approachable and executable framework that athletes at any level can apply with confidence.

He competed as a collegiate athlete at both Baldwin Wallace University and The Ohio State University, where he ran the 100 meter dash, 200 meter dash, and 4x100 relay. He holds a degree in Business Finance with a minor in Psychology, a combination that informs both his analytical approach to athlete development and his understanding of the mental side of competition.
